Ladislav Benýšek (born March 25, 1975 in Olomouc, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech professional ice hockey defenseman. Benýšek was selected by the Edmonton Oilers in the 11th round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft, 266th overall. He went on to play in the National Hockey League, spending parts of four seasons with the Oilers and the Minnesota Wild. He has also played extensively in Europe.
